About the Design
This illustration was meant to be a dreamscape featuring a rainbow pastel mermaid surrounded by make-up tools whilst taking a peaceful nap. Meant to capture the love of rainbows, mermaids, and make-up.
This design is by Mira Silver and she is a self-taught artist who has been creating art and posting it online since 2001. Primarily influenced by the likes of Sailor Moon, Sanrio, and Lisa Frank, Mira aspires to be known one day as the "Queen of Cute".
